Formation operates as a team-led church, where our collaborative structure consists of the Board of Directors, Pastors, Leadership Council, Ministers and Admins. Each segment of this team carries distinct responsibilities, yet together they work in unison to guide the church effectively.
The Formation Church Board of Directors serve as the governing body responsible for overseeing the business operations and legal responsibilities of Formation Church as a 501(c)(3) organization.
Our pastors are entrusted with the important responsibility of providing spiritual care and guidance to our entire community. They play a vital role in nurturing our faith and helping individuals navigate their spiritual journeys.
The Leadership Council exists to provide dedicated care and wise counsel to the pastoral team of Formation Church, ensuring that they are supported in their responsibilities and able to serve the congregation effectively.
Our ministers provide leadership and shepherding within specific ministry areas of our church. They focus on equipping volunteers, cultivating healthy teams, and ensuring that each ministry reflects the heart and mission of Formation.
Our ministry admins offer ongoing support to specific ministry areas within our church community. They play a vital role in ensuring that each ministry operates smoothly and effectively.
